Magnolia Gala 2026

In March of 2020, Matt and Macy Collins lost their oldest daughter, Hattie Jo, when an EF4 tornado struck their home in Cookeville, TN. She was 4 years old. In response to their pain and that of so many others, they founded the Magnolia Foundation in 2023.

The mission of the Magnolia Foundation is to serve families who have experienced child loss by providing financial assistance with funeral-related expenses, access to licensed professional counseling, and long-term Commemorative Care.

Magnolia aims to give access to this type of care to each family facing the horror of child loss in the state of Tennessee and beyond.

The Magnolia Foundation is officially recognized as a 501(c)3 organization by the IRS, EIN #36-5072436. All donations made are tax-deductible. Checks can be made payable to “The Magnolia Foundation” and mailed to:
